Misconceptions about fitness !

Did you happen to have a hard heart decided to go to training anyway, and when you came home, you did not feel any better, only tired and completely broken. No wonder you do not like to practice! What do others see in this?

Did you happen to have a hard heart decided to go to training anyway, and when you came home, you did not feel any better, only tired and completely broken. No wonder you do not like to practice! What do others see in this?

How is it possible to torture yourself with fitness devices several times a week, and you still feel bad? Everyone is so happy with the training they practice … What is wrong with you then? Do not worry, maybe you belong to one in a thousand people – who is defending the wrong and obsolete fitness ideas.

• When exercising, I have to spend hours and hours so that I can get and maintain the ideal material.

Not true. It is enough for 30 minutes of medium intensive exercise, to stay in good shape and not to get your body in the shape of a table. So now the excuse is that you do not have time. Instead of returning from work or college in front of a TV or shopping, it’s better to waste a bit.

• The exercise should be intense in order to burn calories

You can keep an intensive exercise for a moment when you want to become a bodybuilder or a professional athlete. For recreation – intensive exercise is not helpful. If you exercise too much, you will actually burn a small amount of calories because the body will not have enough oxygen, and will not burn fat effectively.

• To increase muscle mass I have to work with heavy weights
It’s outdated thinking. Surprised? The thing is not in weight, but in the technique. Proper technique and weight control are two basic factors that can help you get to a good muscle mass. If you are worried that you will develop later into the Hulk, there is no need. Such muscles are the result of the “hard” way of bodybuilding. You can only get a more beautiful and firmly shaped body.

• Everyone looks at me while I’m training
Nobody looks at you. They are all at training to improve their appearance or to relax a bit. If they want to take advantage of their time, they have to be effective … or simply looking for someone they like. So – if someone looks at you persistently – you can take it as a compliment. People who practice are most comfortable and have more confidence, so it is possible that if you are alone, you will find a “soul mate” during training.
