Coconut oil Coconut oil is great for your hair as it speeds up hair growth and acts as a conditioner. It contains nutrients which will nourish your hair and prevent hair damage. Warm up some coconut oil, then massage it onto your scalp. Wash your hair as usual after an hour.
Another option is to grate a coconut and extract its milk, then mix it with some water. Apply the mixture on the bald patches, cover your head with a shower cap and let it stay overnight. Wash your hair as usual in the morning.
Eggs Eggs are rich in nutrients and protein which will prevent hair fall. They contain sulphur, phosphorus, selenium, iodine and zinc, nutrients that stimulate hair growth.
Mix an egg with a teaspoon of olive oil, then apply the paste on your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. In the end, rinse your hair with a mild shampoo.
Garlic Like the onion, garlic also contains sulphur and is often used in different home remedies. In order to use it to prevent hair loss, crush a couple of garlic cloves, add coconut oil and boil the mixture for a few minutes. Let the mixture cool down for a while, then apply it on your hair, leaving it for an hour before washing your hair as usual. For best results, do this twice a week.
Onion juice Onions are rich in sulphur which increases collagen production and directly affects hair growth. If you use it regularly, you can prevent hair loss.
Chop an onion and squeeze its juice, then apply it on your scalp and let it work for 15 minutes. Afterwards, rinse your hair with a mild shampoo. For best results, repeat the process twice a week.
